1:1 Human Interview Round

We only invite the candidates who have passed all the rounds and the LIVE performance test for a 1:1 Human Interview with OWH’s internal team and match them with appropriate job orders on our platforms.

Placement & Ongoing Support

After all screening & multiple interview rounds, we place and ramp up the candidates in appropriate companies with a clear goal to achieve a pre-determined KPI and have monthly check-ins with our clients to ensure quality.

Unlike most recruiting agencies, we don’t charge any high upfront recruiting fees. Most roles start at $1999/Mo. and our fees are baked into it, that’s all you pay!

We can source most roles through our proprietary hiring system, but I urge you to book a free consultation with your team to see if we can serve you.

How is the process tailored to my needs?

We do custom onboarding calls with all our clients to understand your specific goals, budgets, company culture & more, then your dedicated account manager finds you the perfect match candidates using our proprietary hiring system.

How soon can we get the roles filled?

For most roles, we can get you matched candidates for final round interviews within one week. Some premium roles do require more time.

What if the candidate isn’t a good fit?

We have a 95% success rate with all placed candidates; however you’re covered with a 45-day free replacement policy for all hires.

Do you also help recruit part-time hires on project basis?

Our clients usually recruit full-time hires with us; however, for some roles, we can help you source part-time candidates on project basis too.

Who manages the payroll & employee benefits?

We manage the payroll and employee benefits for all hires, you directly pay the contract fee to us in our US bank account.
